Head Channel Sales

Role & responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners across key markets to expand sales reach.
- Plan and execute monthly/quarterly partner engagement activities,incentive schemes, and loyalty programs.
- Set targets,KPIs, and budgets for the channel sales team.
2. Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, CPs, and real estate consultants.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and networking events to keep partners informed and motivated.
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and issues to maintain trust and satisfaction.
3. Business Development & Sales
- Drive sales through the channel partner network to meet or exceed project-wise sales targets.
- Support partners with project presentations, marketing collaterals, and site visit coordination.
- Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
4. Coordination & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Channel Sales Managers and Executives.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing, Branding, and Direct Sales teams to align lead flow and communication.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, and Finance for timely closure of bookings and payments.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, partner productivity, and market trends.
- Present insights and recommendations to the management for decision-making.

- Strong understanding of real estate sales and distribution models.
- Proven ability to build and manage broker/channel ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
