We are looking for an experienced and strategic Branch Manager role ,Corporate Sales (B2B) to lead and manage the sales function in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, managing key corporate accounts, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing scalable B2B sales strategies. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the corporate/B2B sales landscape.
The objective of the role is to enhance our existing client base for our Key Accounts through effective client engagement and client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement the zonal sales strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive revenue growth through B2B corporate client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and pursue large business opportunities across key industry verticals.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales managers/executives.
- Monitor performance, set KPIs/targets, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate high-value deals and long-term contracts with corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Analysis & Business Intelligence:
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and client needs in the Mumbai region.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and contribute to product/service improvements.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
