Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Sales Manager - Retail Software at ETP Group. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, acquiring and retaining retail clients, and managing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. This role involves identifying market opportunities, developing sales initiatives, leading negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored retail solutions. The Senior Sales Manager will also monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management in retail software or related sectors
- Should be able to deal with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retail technology solutions including POS, CRM, OMS, PIM, and inventory management systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Knowledge of AI-powered retail solutions and integrated e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and represent the company at industry events
