Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Sales and Marketing based in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales and marketing teams, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, they will oversee marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and work closely with product development teams to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
