Job Description : Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our wealth management family office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HNI's and family offices, driving sales growth, and providing comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, grow, and manage investment relationships with family offices and HNI's.
- Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to analyse clients' current situations and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and review investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients' changing needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to offer comprehensive financial solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing client queries proactively.
- Develop and execute targeted sales initiatives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or family office with a 50 Cr AUM Book.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management with professional investors.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, and CRM systems.
Skills:
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities to create comprehensive sales plans.
- Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics and market trends.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial planning and investment analysis tools.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth
- Client acquisition and retention rates
- Increase in assets under management (AUM)
- Team performance and development metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
