Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager - Sales, based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include leading and managing sales operations, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, driving sales growth, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The Manager - Sales will collaborate with teams to strategize and implement effective solutions to meet organizational goals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Planning to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven Sales Operations experience with the ability to implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in team leadership and the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
- Prior experience in financial services or loan distribution is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
