Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Sales based in Delhi, NY. The Senior Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include leading the sales team, conducting business planning, maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and business planning
  • Proven experience in Business Planning and strategic sales development
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Expertise in Sales Operations and managing sales teams
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
