Our platform simplifies procurement with technology, real-time pricing, and trusted partnerships.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with deep construction procurement knowledge to drive revenue, onboard suppliers and buyers, build and manage a sales team, and set up scalable sales systems. This role involves a mix of on-field activities (client meetings, site visits, supplier visits) and off-field work (strategy, reporting, pipeline management, KPIs). Frequent travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Onboard and manage both suppliers & buyers on the platform.
- Build, mentor, and lead a current sales team and expand to an expected team size of 10+.
- Set up sales systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Define and monitor measurable KPIs and success metrics for self and the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.
- Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and retention.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in construction / building materials / infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, supplier networks, and construction material sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue.
- Experience in team management, building teams, and mentoring sales professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ability to quickly adapt to technology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with both on-field and off-field responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for supplier/buyer meetings and site visits.
