About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the

ISP/Telecom Industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for acquiring new business clients, managing existing accounts, and driving

revenue growth through tailored internet and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients (ISPs, SMEs, Operators, commercial

buildings, co-working spaces, etc.) for internet & connectivity services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate ISP solutions (Internet

Leased Line, MIX bandwidth, Peering, NLD connectivity, etc.).

  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and meetings to negotiation

and closure.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Project and Technical team to ensure smooth service delivery and

client onboarding. And assist further as intermediate for support related enquires.

  • Maintain accurate reports of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in the ISP or telecom domain (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of internet products & services like leased lines, peering,

MPLS, NLD, etc.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead/data generation, client presentations, and closing bulk deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory.
