Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to ensure business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the education technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
