About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate who can communicate effectively in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships across multiple regions and languages.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Build strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
Conduct sales calls, product demos, and presentations in regional languages as required.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam (both verbal and written preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in
B2B or B2C sales is an added advantage.
