Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate / Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru South. The associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales presentations. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, negotiating deals, and working closely with the marketing team to implement strategies. The associate will also be involved in tracking sales performance and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Market Research and Analytical skills
- Ability to develop and maintain Client Relationships
- Experience with Sales Presentations and Marketing Strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
