Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Associate role, based in Bengaluru South. The Influencer Associate will be responsible for building and managing collaborative relationships with influencers, implementing successful social media campaigns, and working closely with the marketing team to promote brand awareness. The role also includes executing public relations strategies and assisting with brand sales initiatives to drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to engage with influencers, partners, and clients effectively
  • Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing to develop and execute campaigns
  • Sales skills to support promotional efforts and build long-term partnerships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for hospitality and understanding of luxury lifestyle brands
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Previous experience in influencer or marketing roles, as well as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, is preferred
