Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Influencer Campaign Associate to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, and influencer marketing, and eager to learn the ropes of executing successful campaigns. As an Influencer Campaign Associate, you will play a key role in supporting influencer outreach, campaign planning, and content collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Research and Outreach:

   - Assist in identifying potential influencers who align with our brand and target audience.

   - Support outreach efforts through emails, direct messages, and other communication channels.

2. Campaign Support:

   - Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies.

   - Contribute to the creation of campaign briefs, outlining goals, timelines, and deliverables.

3. Content Coordination:

   - Collaborate with influencers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.

   - Provide support in conveying brand guidelines and creative direction to influencers.

4. Monitoring and Reporting:

   - Aid in tracking and analyzing the performance of influencer campaigns.

   - Compile data and assist in preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.

5. Relationship Building:

   - Foster positive relationships with influencers to enhance collaboration and brand advocacy.

   - Maintain regular communication with influencers to ensure a smooth partnership experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship or coursework related to marketing or influencer relations.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.

- Basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools.
