As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Aspire, building relationships with clients, showcasing our projects, and driving sales to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Project Showcases**: Conduct project tours and presentations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our projects.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process.
- **Social Media Home Tours**: In collaboration with the marketing team, showcase our stunning properties through engaging home tours on social media, creating captivating short-form videos that attract and inspire potential buyers

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
