*PROFILE SUMMARY* We are hiring Business associate/ Management associate, or brand ambassadors, who can represent our brands through various means of Face to Face communication, also over a period of time start hiring, training & leading a team of associates, which give them a platform to lay a foundation of their own strategic Management Unit in association with us, giving them an unlikely opportunity to fullfill their entrepreneurship dreams.

1. Representing various Brands through various channels of Face to Face Communication, Tele Sales & Marketing, Social Media Sales / Marketing.

2. Designing, Leading and Managing b2b, b2C, b2G, Events & promotional Campaigns.

4. Play an important role in the sales and marketing lifecycle.

5. Have plenty of avenues to interact and communicate with varied people.

8. Laying the stone to Build a Business Unit of your own.

*YOU WILL HAVE TO*
- Handle and later Lead various Marketing Campaigns designed as per clients requirements
- Work closely with the various team throughout in an agile sales and marketing environment
- Manage and be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle, from recruiting, training and Developing and Retention
- Understand various organizational functions like HR, administration, Operations, Finance etc
- Managing and leading an entire Marketing Strategic Business Unit

**Salary**: Probation duration: 2 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
