**Job Purpose (Significance of the Role & Objectives)**

As a Junior Business Associate, you will work closely with the Business team to support ongoing initiatives and emerging strategic priorities. This role requires strong execution capabilities across administrative support, research, and project coordination to ensure smooth business operations. You will gain direct exposure to senior leadership and work on tasks with other departments as required, offering a valuable learning experience and a broad view of the organisation. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is eager to contribute to high-impact projects. This is a Bengaluru office-based, client-facing role.

**Key Responsibilities and Deliverables**
- Business Development: Work closely with the SVP, Business & Partnerships, on the sales pipeline, supporting on relevant tasks
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competition, and other topics; work on reports as required
- Documentation, Data Management, and Administrative Support: Work on documents and day-to-day administrative tasks; organise and maintain data files (update records and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date)
- Presentations and Communications: Work on slide decks; assist with internal and external communications
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate important meetings and events on-site
- Interns: Oversee interns associated with the Business team and work/coordinate with interns from other teams on projects as required
- Ad hoc projects, admin work for the Business team.

**Desired Qualifications: Required Qualification, Knowledge, and Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must have the ability to write and speak effectively with clients, office visitors, and other stakeholders as required
- Some work will be outside the office and may involve travel (attending or organising showcases at expos/events as required)
- A proactive and reliable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work within deadlines and independently
- Comfortable working on different projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with design (Adobe suite) and market research using data collection tools is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience at fast-paced startups is a plus, but not required
- 1-2 years of experience
- Master’s degree in Business is preferred
