**location: Bangalore**: This role will require 3 months assessment internship before a full-time appointment. Responsibilities:

- Support the Legal Team with:

- maintaining and updating the contract lifecycle management software.
- legal research and analysis.
- various legal projects to ensure the company’s compliance with the latest international laws.
- Reviewing company policies, guidelines, and initiatives from a legal perspective.
- Assisting with signing of documents and follow up for execution of documents.
- Coordinate with other departments for approvals and policy compliance.
- Participate in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial documents such as statements of works, change orders, order forms, amendments, NDAs etcetera.
- LLB graduate from a reputed college.
- 0-1-year experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity.
- Excellent organizational skills, operate with a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
- Well-versed in MS Office products.
