Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong convincing skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven cloud solutions. Incentives will be directly linked to closures from your own lead generation, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly boost their earnings.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate Experience in SaaS / IT / Enterprise Software / B2B Solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and customer journey stages.
