Godrej Capital is launching a Retail Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) vertical aimed at high-potential property owners with rental inflows. We're looking for a
hands-on product leader with a business lens
, who can conceptualize, structure, and scale the vertical across product, policy, process, and business execution.

You'll work closely with leadership, credit, tech, operations, and partnerships to
build a high-quality lending vertical from the ground up.

Job Role

  • Drive the organization's strategy for Loan against Property (LAP) product for the region.
  • Defining regional strategy for LAP business and execution of the same - Planning & implementing competent regional sales plans for LAP to ensure regional level goals are over achieved.
  • Identifying the channels for sourcing business leads and signing up with them
  • Responsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on geography mapping & review the progress at regular intervals.
  • Relationship management with key stakeholders & DSA, connector partners & individuals
  • Work jointly with team on sales pitches to agencies & customers
  • Team management – train, lead, coach and motivate a team of sales managers
  • Review team performance on regular basis and feedback to superiors
  • Conflict management – mitigating issues and assessing the cost-benefit of cases
  • Working with support functions for optimum TAT and service delivery
  • Provide inputs to other parallel functions such as HR, Risk, and Operations & CC.
  • Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team.

Qualification & Experience

Applicant should be PGDM / MBA from a good institute. Specialisation in sales and marketing/ Finance

Experience of 5 to 8 years in Sales. Age up to 35 yrs. Experience in selling LAP products Should have worked on Digital customer acquisition. Experience in start-up eco-system would be an added advantage.
