Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic
Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
to join our growing team at
Mo Digital
. Your main role will be to identify, meet, and close local business owners for
Digital Marketing
and
Website Development
services.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fixed Salary:
    ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
  • Incentives:
    Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000/month or more
  • Total Earning Potential:
    ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and pitch to local businesses, shops, real estate agents, and startups
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored digital marketing or web development solutions
  • Close deals confidently and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Handle field inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients

Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of
    Digital Marketing services
    (like Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, SEO)
  • Basic knowledge of
    Website Development
    (Static & Dynamic Websites, WordPress, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal communication & client handling skills
  • Ability to explain service benefits clearly to non-tech clients
  • Sales-focused mindset with negotiation and closing ability
  • Must be willing to travel for on-field sales meetings
  • Should have a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: 12th Pass
  • Graduates &
    MBA students
    are
    highly preferred
  • Freshers
    with good communication and learning attitude are
    welcome
  • Prior sales/marketing experience will be a plus but not mandatory
