Executive Assistant to Director

Manage executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses or delegation as needed. Draft, proofread, and send communications on behalf of the executives. Ensure that important messages are communicated clearly and promptly Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, itineraries, and ground transportation. Ensure travel logistics align with the executive's schedule and preferences, optimizing efficiency and cost. Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Schedule and organize meetings, both internal and external, ensuring timely coordination and preparation. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist in organizing company events and meetings. Track and reconcile budgets for travel, office supplies, and other administrative related work.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience required in an executive support or administrative role.
Skills:
Should have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
