About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven
IT Recruiter
with experience supporting clients across the
United States and Canada
, specializing in full-cycle recruitment for contract and full-time technology roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the US and Canada (contract, C2C, W2, full-time).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, internal ATS, and networking channels.
  • Develop and execute Boolean search strings, job board sourcing, social recruitment, and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, visa/work authorization, and cultural alignment.
  • Present qualified profiles with detailed summaries to Account Managers/Clients.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide timely updates on submissions, interviews, selections, and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships to support repeat business.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all job postings and hiring practices follow EEO, ADA, AODA, Title VII, and Canadian Human Rights guidelines.
  • Validate and maintain accurate records in the ATS (e.g. Ceipal).
  • Manage Right-to-Represent (RTR) forms, C2C documentation, and background check prerequisites.

Negotiation & Offer Management

  • Negotiate rate/salary based on client budgets, market benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer rollouts.
  • Guide candidates through onboarding, client documentation, and joining timelines.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports on submissions, interviews, starts, and pipeline health.
  • Conduct market research on emerging skills (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT recruitment for the US and/or Canadian markets.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, CPT/OPT) and Canadian work permits/PR statuses.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and VMS platforms.
  • Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Boolean searches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large SI clients
  • Familiarity with niche technology hiring – SAP, ServiceNow, Data Engineering, DevOps, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, Cloud.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting across multiple time zones.
