We are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Manage full recruitment life cycle for IT roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and job boards.
