Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage batch schedules, faculty allocation, and student coordination.
  • Monitor attendance, student feedback, and handle batch transitions and special cases smoothly.
  • Communicate timely updates on batches, changes, exams, and academic calendars.
  • Track operational metrics and use data to improve efficiency and student experience.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and MIS reports for batches and students.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of student coordinators.
  • Resolve escalations promptly and maintain a high level of student satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with academic, counselling, and sales teams for smooth handovers.
  • Support faculty scheduling and resource planning.
  • Oversee exam coordination, assessments, and certification processes.
  • Identify gaps in operations and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.

Skills

  • Proven experience in Education sector operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
