Role Overview

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with sales, operations, and vendors to deliver exceptional gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM system) with accurate and timely information.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring quick resolution and high-quality service.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Track client preferences, purchase history, and feedback to personalize future interactions.
  • Generate reports on client engagement, sales pipeline, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in planning and executing client loyalty programs, email campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Handle escalations effectively and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customized gifting projects.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to suggest innovative ideas for client engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer success (preferably in corporate gifting, events, or hospitality industry).
  • Proficiency in CRM software/tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
