Key Responsibilities:

  1. Call Auditing: Evaluate inbound and outbound sales calls for script adherence, quality, and compliance.
  2. Reporting: Maintain audit records and share insights with the Sales Manager.
  3. Feedback & Training: Provide constructive feedback and assist in training to address gaps.
  4. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure calls follow company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify trends to recommend enhancements for sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of experience in sales call auditing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  3. Experience with quality monitoring or sales performance evaluation is a plus.
