Role:
Cold Call Sales Representative – US Private Lending

We are seeking a motivated Cold Call Sales Representative with experience in hard money or private lending to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into active partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, understands the lending ecosystem, and can clearly communicate how Myfinser's services help lenders stand out in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to private lenders, brokers, and mortgage firms.
  • Promote key lending products such as bridge, construction, fix-and-flip, and 1–4 unit residential loans.
  • Speak knowledgeably about competitor offerings and highlight our differentiation points.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at lending firms.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or cold calling, preferably within private lending, hard money lending, or financial services.
  • Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients.
  • Understanding of private lending products (bridge, construction, fix-and-flip, 1–4 unit).
  • Familiar with sales and outreach tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and dialer/SMS platforms.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently during Pacific Time hours.
