Job Description:

ProArch is seeking a energetic and customer-focused Cold Calling Specialist to promote our products and services over the phone. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, engaging potential customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Update customer details and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned call and lead-generation targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are an advantage.
  • 0–2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
