Role Description

Bright Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Guest Relations Manager for a full-time, on-site position at its Chandigarh, India location. In this role, you will oversee daily guest interactions, ensure outstanding customer service, address guest inquiries and feedback, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also coordinate with other teams to provide seamless guest experiences and lead training programs to enhance staff engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Guest Relations and ensuring optimal Customer Satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to train and mentor team members to maintain service excellence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest feedback gracefully
  • Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
