About the Role

We're looking for a PR intern to support a new podcast project from its early stages. The role is part-time and focused on discovering great guests, managing communication, and handling all coordination around recordings.

Responsibilities

  • Research and shortlist potential guests who fit the podcast's themes and direction.
  • Reach out to guests, manage email/DM communication, and maintain a professional, warm approach.
  • Schedule recordings, align calendars, and coordinate all pre-episode logistics.
  • Prepare guest bios, briefing notes, and reference material for each episode.
  • Maintain a structured tracker of outreach, confirmations, and episode timelines.
  • Assist with basic PR tasks like drafting outreach messages, managing responses, and supporting partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational habits and comfort with scheduling + follow-ups.
  • Confident reaching out to creators, experts, and industry profiles.
  • Interest in podcasts, culture, communication, or media.
  • Ability to commit part-time hours consistently.
