About Us

Curry & Hops is a modern restaurant and microbrewery concept by Chandi Hospitality Group, a USA-based hospitality company known for quality service, vibrant dining spaces, and exceptional guest experiences. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Host/Executive to be the face of our restaurant in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating experience.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with service teams to handle VIPs, special requests, and guest concerns.
  • Promote our signature beers, seasonal brews, and menu offerings with confidence.
  • Manage guest feedback, respond promptly, and ensure issues are resolved professionally.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic front-of-house atmosphere.
  • Support marketing activities such as special events, brewery tours, and guest engagements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Guest Relations/Hostess/Front Desk roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, polished, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during rush hours.
  • Basic computer skills for handling POS/reservation software.
