Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guest requests and concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in public areas and guest rooms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
