Job Summary:

The Guest House Manager will be responsible for the overall management, upkeep, and smooth operation of the company guest house. This includes managing bookings, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guest comfort, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and handling budgets and inventories efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the guest house and ensure all facilities are in working condition.

Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of rooms, kitchen, dining area, and common spaces.

Supervise housekeeping, cook, and support staff to maintain service standards.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and supply of essential items.

Maintain records of occupancy, expenses, and stock (linen, toiletries, groceries, etc.).

Prepare and monitor monthly budget and submit expense reports.

Ensure safety and security of guests and property.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Flexible to work extended hours when required.
