House Manager ( Female )

About the Role: We are looking for are responsible, well-organized, and trustworthy House Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the Managements residence. The role involves coordinating household activities, supervising staff and drivers, handling errands, and assisting the Managements family with personal and logistical needs. This is a key role that requires discretion, maturity, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations at the residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all household activities and staff (e.g., housekeeping, drivers, maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules for the Managements children (schools, tuitions, extracurriculars, etc.)
  • Manage grocery procurement, household supplies, and pantry stocking.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for household repairs, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Supervise driver schedules and vehicle upkeep.
  • Handle household budgets, petty cash, and record-keeping for domestic expenses.
  • Plan and coordinate household events or family functions, as required.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the residence at all times.
  • Accompany or coordinate with the family during travel when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female (Married preferred)
  • Location: Must be from the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula)
  • Experience: Prior experience in household or hospitality management preferred
  • Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discretion
  • Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operational issues independently

  • Basic computer literacy (for coordination, budgeting, scheduling, etc.)

  • Availability: Must be open to travel occasionally, as per the jobs requirement
