Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales and Marketing, located in Kolkata. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day sales and marketing operations, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and ensuring seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience in Electrical Equipment Industry
- Ability to work with Utilities as well as EPC Customers
- Experience of working in Renewable Sector Preferred.
- Ability to work with and lead team of sales personnel.
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
- Candidates with Full time Post Graduation Preferred.
