Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of health agency channel partners, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective relationship management with key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that drive mutual benefit for both parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction ratings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in insurance industry, preferably in sales or agency development role.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, particularly health insurance policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
