Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Key Market located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key market accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and establishing relationships with clients. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to achieve overall business objectives and targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a sales management role
  • Must Have experience in Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)
