Job Description

Salescom Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Senior Account Managers to represent a leading UK-based telecom and IT brand. This is a high-energy customer retention & renewals role focused on engaging with UK residential customers to retain, upsell, and enhance their telecom and internet services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic account reviews with existing UK B2C customers
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction through personalized service
  • Upsell and cross-sell telecom, internet, and security products
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with consumers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in B2C sales, customer retention, upselling, or renewals
  • Experience in UK telecom operations is a strong advantage
  • Professional, adaptable, and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and closing skills
