Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Kolkata. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new client, business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing account performance, creating account growth strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills
  • Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and client relationship management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Must be Experienced in event management or marketing / AD industry
