Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our growing EdTech division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and using CRM tools to optimise performance. You'll play a key role in driving growth, mentoring sales executives, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyse team performance using CRM tools to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Handle client escalations, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales or related sectors.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic work environment.
What We Offer
