Our platform enables logistics service providers and manufacturers to use technology and data science for intelligence, procurement, and automation in a highly fragmented industry.Our platform already spans:750+ districts across India80,000+ routes100+ truck types2100+ LSPs/TransportersTrusted by Fortune 500 and leading Indian companies, we have enabled analytics of >$2.5 billion in logistics spends, creating millions in savings and measurable value for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new clients through multiple channels.Generate and nurture leads by reaching out to manufacturers, industry contacts, and event connects (Client Events, Summit)Identify the right decision makers within target organizations.Schedule and conduct product demos/sales visits at client locations.Document all client interactions in Excel/CRM.Proactively handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, and share product information.Develop sales strategies and market analysis for assigned client segments.Build and expand referral/lead networks.Ensure timely follow-ups and track lead conversion status.Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client handover post-conversion.Perform other job-related duties as requested by management/clients.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication skills (English & regional languages).QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales.Above-average Excel skills (data management, reporting).Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work proactively.Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.BenefitsFast-Track Career Growth – Learn directly from leaders and take ownership early.Team Outings & Offsites – Work hard, celebrate harder with regular outings.Flexible & Fun Culture – A young, vibrant, and supportive team that values work-life balance.Ownership & Responsibility – Take charge early and see the tangible results of your work.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
