Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new clients through multiple channels.
  • Generate and nurture leads by reaching out to manufacturers, industry contacts, and event connects (Client Events, Summit)
  • Identify the right decision makers within target organizations.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos/sales visits at client locations.
  • Document all client interactions in Excel/CRM.
  • Proactively handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, and share product information.
  • Develop sales strategies and market analysis for assigned client segments.
  • Build and expand referral/lead networks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and track lead conversion status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client handover post-conversion.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management/clients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (English & regional languages).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales.
  • Above-average Excel skills (data management, reporting).
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work proactively.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
