Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
  • Pitch products/services to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
