Om Informatics is a fast-growing technology company based in Mumbai, dedicated to empowering Indian MSMEs through digital transformation. Our flagship product, QuickBiz ERP, is an all-in-one business management software designed to simplify operations for traders, manufacturers, and distributors.

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and connect with potential clients for QuickBiz ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits.
  • Understand customer pain points and introduce QuickBiz ERP as the solution.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and activity tracking in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with senior sales managers to strategize outreach efforts and improve conversions.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, demos booked, and client interactions.
  • Provide input to marketing on campaign performance and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS, ERP, or software sales).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; fluency in any regional language is a plus.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
  • Ability to understand business needs and present product benefits clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing/IT/Sales preferred).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage.
