Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist (B2C Sales) to drive direct bookings and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and wildlife tourism, with a strong ability to connect with potential guests, understand their preferences, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales by handling inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual travelers, families, and small groups.
  • Understand customer preferences and suggest personalized packages to enhance their experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Manage the booking process, ensuring seamless coordination between guests and operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or wildlife tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Passion for wildlife, nature, and sustainable tourism is a plus.
