The Qwerty Ink, founded in 2016, is a global brand management firm that helps startups to MNCs streamline their brand story and maximize returns. Our division, The Qwerty Incubator, drives innovation and growth across both internal and incubated brands.
We are now expanding our Corporate Gifting division and looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will support our corporate sales initiatives, connect with potential clients, and help design tailored gifting solutions for businesses. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and eager to grow into a long-term career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients.
- Reach out to decision-makers and understand their gifting needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and closing deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams for project execution.
- Track sales activities and maintain client data in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client outreach, and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
