Role - Business Associate

**6 days working-** Monday fix off

Timing **10:00am to 7:00pm**

**Responsibilities**:
**Appointment Setting** : Proactively schedule appointments with potential clients using effective communication.
**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality communication and align appointments with company objectives.
**Database Management**: Update and manage client databases using CRM tools.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
**Conversion Rate**: Improve appointment conversion rates through effective strategies.
**Daily Reporting**: Compile detailed daily reports for the manager, including key metrics.

**Requirements**:
Previous telecalling or appointment setting experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in CRM software.
Goal-oriented mindset.
