Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers, and identifying opportunities to expand the business. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and providing training and support to the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with distributors and dealers
  • Excellent analytical and market research skills
  • Ability to prepare and present sales reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
