Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, customer-centric Inside Sales Executive with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining service offerings, and coordinating with the field sales team to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new leads through calls, chats, or emails to qualify and convert them into potential opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information about Aapka Painter's products and services.
  • Coordinate with the on-ground Sales Team to schedule customer meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports and performance summaries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead management and process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Handling, or Tele-Sales (preferably in a B2C service industry).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a consultative and problem-solving approach.
