Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Maharashtra with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. The role also involves tracking sales performance and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities and client relationship management
- Skills in market research and sales strategy implementation
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience
- Collaboration with marketing teams to develop promotional materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tracking sales performance and reporting to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the migration or education industry is a plus
